Mr. Gene Andrews, P.E. Associate
Mr. Andrews received his M.S. degree in Sanitary Engineering, Minors in Ocean
Engineering and Air Pollution Engineering, from Oregon State University and his
B.S., Civil Engineering, California State University, Chico, California
Mr. Andrews is a registered civil engineer in California, Alaska, Washington and
has worked on environmental projects throughout North America and
internationally. In his 30 year career he has managed projects, companies,
environmental assessments, and permitting as well as the usual environmental
engineering design and other management duties. He has served as an advisor to
review and develop state water quality and air quality standards, along with
solid waste management boards.
Mr. Andrews has served as a process system designer and/or project manager of
over 20 domestic and industrial wastewater treatment facilities. He has
coordinated more than 15 water treatment facilities for municipal and industrial
clients. He has been an integral part of environmental planning, design, and
permitting teams on more than 15 municipal and industrial projects, many
world-class in scope. He has been the lead for 20-year environmental plan
development for over 70 forest products facilities including pulp and paper
mills, saw mills, and cardboard box plants.
