CEntry Constructors & Engineers was formed to purchase the Salt Lake City office
of the Ford, Bacon & Davis Engineering Company. The purchase was finalized in
July, 1995. CEntry is fully-owned subsidiary of The Layton Companies (EMR 400).
CEntry combines the strong technological and design base of FB&D, Deutche
Babcock, industrial construction experience and the financial strength of the
